  3. External Assessment-Benchmark of how other organizations conduct similar processes and their respective outcomes
  4. Recommendations-Recommendations for improving the operating model/workflow and/or building a new one
  5. Roadmap- Develop a roadmap and timeline showing how to implement the recommendations
