Our team has years of experience in management and organizational consulting within the healthcare and life sciences industry. They have worked with C-Suite executives in ministries of health, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinics, medical device companies and health software companies to guide them on how to continue inducing growth.
Our Definition of Success
Our objective is to help our clients reach their goals and make well informed decisions. At the onset of the project we define with the client what their key goals and ambitions of the process are. We then create a customized project plan to ensure that these goals are met. Success for us is ensuring that the process we conduct with our clients results in providing them with a roadmap and the implementation services they need to feasibly achieve their goals (whether that is workflow optimization, profitability increase, growth etc..).
About the Founder
Leora Rothstein, Founder & CEO
Prior to founding HealthSci Consulting, Leora worked in management consulting at Deloitte Israel. She worked with some of the leading hospitals, pharma companies and governmental offices across the country to help them achieve their business and organizational goals. She was also Chief of Staff of the life sciences and healthcare department in Deloitte Israel where she developed healthcare enrichment programs & resources to ensure that employees across the various departments would have access to the knowledge and expertise they require to best serve their healthcare clients. She wrote Deloitte Israel's thought leadership pieces on healthcare, nurtured relationship with key stakeholders in the local ecosystem and brought in various clients including supporting the onboarding of one of the firm's key strategic alliances.
Leora has a bachelors in Business and bachelors in Life Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She also completed the Biodesign program in medical entrepreneurship.
